Our outdoor fitness group meets in the park to move, sweat, and feel stronger together. We believe fitness should be fun, challenging, and something you actually look forward to. That's why every workout is different, every person is welcomed, and every session ends with high fives and good vibes.

We provide morning group fitness classes for all levels designed to help you get stronger, healthier, and feel supported every step of the way. We focus on training that actually works — strength, movement, and conditioning you can stick with long-term. New to fitness or training hard for years — you're welcome here.Schedule:

  1. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and dumbbells if you have them.
  2. Don't have these things? No sweat - we have a few extra sets of yoga mats and equipment designated for our new crew.

We're still training! We will meet under the designated picnic shelter. If the temperature is below 20°F, training will be canceled for safety reasons. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, an at-home workout will be posted in our WhatsApp group.

Modifications can always be provided so don't hesitate to ask if you can't do something. Can't run? Can't jump? Can't lift overhead? No problem - any workout can be adjusted. This is your workout to conquer. Just chat with Preston before the workout to address any concerns.

Once you sign up to become an Outsider, you'll be added to our WhatsApp group. This is your all in one channel for workout updates, as well as social happenings. Each month we host 1 Saturday run/walk and 1 social event (coffee meetup, lunch, yoga, you name it).

Hi, I'm Preston.

I help busy adults become stronger, move better, and build real confidence to overcome perceived limitations. I'm a NASM certified instructor with over 11 years of experience in training outdoor fitness classes. I'm a husband, a dad, and not your average instructor. No boot camp vibes here, only good instruction with positive energy.Looking for a more personalized approach to your fitness goals? Our one-on-one personal training sessions take place in a fully equipped garage gym, providing a private, focused environment tailored specifically to your goals.Sessions may be booked individually ($60/session) or as a discounted package ($540 for 10 sessions). Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; late cancellations or no-shows will be charged. Spots are limited. Fill out this interest form to inquire.

ServicesThe Company provides fitness training, programs, coaching, and related services for general educational and fitness purposes.


Free Week TrialThe Company may offer a free 7-day trial. Trial access begins on the date of signup. After the trial period ends, you may choose to enroll in a paid membership. Billing terms and commitment length are disclosed clearly at checkout before any payment is collected.


Memberships & Payments

  • Memberships are sold with a minimum commitment period as disclosed at checkout.

  • By enrolling, you agree to remain subscribed and pay all amounts due for the entire commitment period.

  • Payments may be billed monthly or according to the payment plan presented at checkout.

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • You authorize Outsiders Fitness LLC to charge your selected payment method in accordance with the membership terms selected at checkout.

  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information throughout the commitment period.


Cancellation Policy

  • Memberships may not be canceled before the completion of the minimum commitment period selected at checkout.

  • Early cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds are not permitted, except where required by law.

  • After the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled, clients may continue their membership at the same rate or cancel via writing (text or email).


Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • No refunds or credits are provided for unused time, missed sessions, or partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
